This questionnaire will require details about new stakeholders, the newly appointed director of the company, whether you intend to alter the company's name, its new registered address, and other relevant information. If new members are individuals, scanned copies of their passports will be needed. For legal entities, the EGRPOU code will suffice for Ukrainian companies. If it involves a foreign company, you will need documentation related to its registration. Nevertheless, these specifics will be discussed during our collaboration.

How Does the Purchase of a Pre-established Company Work?

Once you've selected the specific company, and we've mutually agreed on the fundamental terms, completed the questionnaire, and clarified all aspects, our legal team will initiate the preparation of the necessary documentation for the re-registration process. Typically, this process takes a single business day. If you require an expedited process, we can streamline it in just a few hours.

We facilitate the notarization of the documents and subsequently submit them to a state registrar. Our collaboration with private registrars, including notaries with access to the state registrar's database, ensures a swift process, avoiding unexpected complications or refusals often encountered at state administrative service centers.

The re-registration process takes three business days from the moment the documents are signed. This duration is required for the updated information to appear in both registration actions (in the case of a full transformation of the company into an LLC, there are always two registration actions, and only in specific cases, there can be three actions, but never just one).

After three business days, if the registers are open, the new owners and director will be able to view their names in the registry. In the case of a closed EGR, you can obtain an extract if you require urgent confirmation. A few days later, you should receive an extract with the name of the new director (and the company name and address if they've changed). Thus, the entire process of full re-registration and obtaining new registration documents takes about a week.
