It can be both a citizen of Ukraine and a foreigner. But a foreigner must first obtain an employment permit. For example, there are requirements for the education and experience of the head of a travel agency, educational institution, and some other organizations. But at the stage of state registration, the registrar does not check this, he does not have such powers, so whoever is appointed will be appointed as the head. This will appear only when submitting documents for a license, for example, or at the stage of preparation for obtaining a license. Authorized capital: when to contribute and in what amount?

The size of the authorized capital is currently unlimited in either party: there is no minimum or maximum. You can specify at least one penny, although if there are several participants, it is better not to do this. When to make? Within six months from the moment of registration. What to contribute? You can transfer money to the company's account, specifying the appropriate payment destination. It is possible by property, indicating this in the protocol, and then - in the act of acceptance and transfer. What will happen if the authorized capital is not paid in time? According to the law, it is necessary to carry out a procedure for its reduction. In practice, nothing will actually happen.
