FAQ
To get started, you only need scanned copies of passports and TINs of all founders and directors, as well as fill out a short questionnaire provided by us.
The fastest and this is absolutely no exaggeration. But you will also need the prompt provision of the aforementioned scanned copies and filling out the questionnaire. The questionnaire consists of several questions, such as the name of the organization, its address, who will be the leader and any other wishes.
From the moment you provide this information, our employees prepare all the necessary documents within one working day. If you have not decided on the name yet, or you have other questions, we will help you with this. The following documents are provided for review. If everything suits you, we agree on a convenient day and time for you to sign powers of attorney at a notary. If it would be more convenient for you to sign the powers of attorney at your notary and hand them over to us, then this option also suits.
From the moment of receipt of all signed documents from you, the registration of the fund takes place within one working day. That is, the fund will be registered in the unified state register, it will have its own EDRPOU code. An extract from this register is formed within a few days. On average, one day after registration. Sometimes after two or three days.

How to open a charitable foundation during the war in Kyiv?
Opening a welfare fund is a relatively simple procedure if all registration documents are initially correctly drawn up. If you do not want to stand in line to apply through the Administrative Services Center, from which you may be asked to leave during an air raid alert, then you can apply through a notary. In addition, we will do all this instead of you. But, in addition to the registration process, you will need to work with these constituent documents in the future. How many participants and who can be participants (founders) of the charitable foundation?
The number of charitable foundation participants is unlimited. It can be both legal and natural persons; both citizens of Ukraine or Ukrainian companies, as well as foreign ones. However, it should be noted that by the time of registration, foreign individuals need to receive an identification code in Ukraine (it is also the registration number of the taxpayer's registration card). A foreign company will need a document confirming its registration in the country of location. As a rule, this is an extract from the chamber of commerce, a certificate of registration, an extract from the court register, etc.
Who can be the head of the charitable foundation? What are the options with governing bodies?
The head can be both a citizen of Ukraine and a foreigner. But for a foreigner, you must first obtain a work permit. In general, with regard to the governing bodies of the welfare fund, there are several options for their structure. The most common and simplest form is the sole manager. The position may be called Director, Head, President. There may also be a collegial governing body - the Board, the Presidium, the Directorate - the essence is one and the same. In addition, a supervisory board can be created if there are more than 10 participants. But if there are less than 10 members of the organization, its creation is not necessary at all.
Authorized capital, distribution of shares / votes in a charitable foundation.
The charitable foundation does not provide for the authorized capital and distribution of shares. Therefore, each participant has one vote and they are all equal.
Address of the charitable foundation: is it necessary and what does it affect?
The Fund can be registered either in non-residential premises (office) or at the place of registration (registration) of one of the participants. Affects which tax will be tied to (depending on the area).
