In general, with regard to the governing bodies of the welfare fund, there are several options for their structure. The most common and simplest form is the sole manager. The position may be called Director, Head, President. There may also be a collegial governing body - the Board, the Presidium, the Directorate - the essence is one and the same. In addition, a supervisory board can be created if there are more than 10 participants. But if there are less than 10 members of the organization, its creation is not necessary at all.
The charitable foundation does not provide for the authorized capital and distribution of shares. Therefore, each participant has one vote and they are all equal.
