How is the re-registration of the company carried out?

You can book the company for you for the period of its inspection. The cost of the reservation is UAH 3,000. The company is kept for you for 1 month. If there were no active actions on your part to purchase it and it was never purchased by you, the reservation is canceled and the money is not returned. However, 1 month for reflection is too much. During this time, you can create a company from scratch and also get a license.

If you are ready to buy the company right away, after you have made the agreed payment and received the necessary information, we prepare the documents (usually no more than one working day), organize the conclusion of the agreement at the notary. And after signing the documents at the notary in 3-5 working days, the company is completely yours.

A company with a license to supply electricity.

Cost - 35,000 hryvnias. This includes its re-registration, but does not include notary fees. Depending on the number of new participants (buyers), notary fees are on average UAH 3,500 - 4,500.

The company did not work and has no turnover. It was created specifically for the purpose of further implementation. Reports are submitted monthly to the NCRECP. So you don't have to worry about her reputation, debts, etc. In order for you to be able to submit reports to the NCREKP in the future (and they are submitted monthly regardless of the presence or absence of activity), an electronic digital signature will need to be made on the new director.
