The cost of a ready-made company with a security license starts at UAH 30,000. This price includes the re-registration process but does not cover notary fees. The notary fees vary depending on the number of new participants (buyers) and typically average between UAH 3,500 and UAH 4,500.
The process takes around 3-5 working days from the moment you sign the required documents. If you're ready to buy the company right away, after making the agreed payment and providing the necessary information, we prepare the documents (usually within one working day) and arrange the deal with a notary. After signing the documents, within 2-3 working days, the new owners' names will be registered in the state registry, and a few days later, a new extract from the Unified State Register will be available. Additionally, you can change:
the company's name;
address;
contact information.
You must inform the licensing authority about these changes within 30 days, except for changes in the list of new participants. If you've found your own security specialist, you also need to report this change.
Our company has a clean history since it has never operated and has no turnover. It was specifically established for resale to new owners. If you need time to find your security specialist, the current specialist can temporarily remain in the acquired company.
