After a company is registered, it takes some time to obtain the VAT payer status, typically from the first day of the following month after the application is submitted. Thus, if you need the VAT status for your own company, you'll inevitably have to wait for a certain period. This waiting period can sometimes significantly slow down the company's operations, which is not ideal for the owner.
So, what's the solution to this situation? We offer ready-made companies available for purchase. These companies already have the VAT payer status, so you don't need to go through the application process and wait.
Why buy a ready-made company with VAT status instead of registering from scratch?
Often businesses require a company that has already been in existence for some time, like at least six months to a year. This is particularly important for participating in tenders. If you come across a tender that interests you but you don't have a company that meets the required age criteria, you have the option to simply acquire one. It may be a bit more expensive than starting a new company from the ground up.

How long does it take to transfer the ownership of a company to you?
It usually takes around 3 working days for the new information to be updated in the Unified State Register (USR), and then a few additional days to receive the updated extract from the USR. So, within approximately one week, the company will be entirely under your ownership.
If you're in a hurry and can't wait for the extract, there's an alternative option. You can get an instant extract from the USR as soon as the changes are processed in the database, provided you have an electronic digital signature. No need to deal with the registrar yourself – if required, we can take care of obtaining the extract for you.
Why choose to buy a ready-made company from us?
Ready-made companies are often put up for sale because their current owners no longer need them, for various reasons. Sometimes, they have simply grown tired of running the company or lack the time to manage it effectively. However, in some cases, these companies are being sold due to issues with dishonest or careless management.
In such situations, the current owners may realize that they could face problems with regulatory authorities in the future, and to avoid any potential issues, they decide to transfer all responsibilities to someone else. This is why it's crucial to be cautious when considering the acquisition of corporate rights, especially if you plan to take over as the company's leader. Conducting thorough audits and checking various registries is essential.
But with our companies, you can have peace of mind and skip all the hassle. They have been created for sale, and without any prior business activities, you get a clean ready-made company, fully prepared for your needs.

How does the re-registration of a company for VAT work for new members?
To get started, you'll need to provide us with scanned copies of the future participants' and director's documents, such as passports and tax identification numbers (TINs). If the new participant is a Ukrainian company, we'll require the EGRPOU code, and if it's a foreign company, we'll need the registration document, preferably translated into Ukrainian.
We take care of all the necessary paperwork for the re-registration and prepare new founding documents. Then, we set up a meeting with a notary where all the required documents are signed, so you won't have to make an additional trip. Our team handles the rest of the re-registration process for you.
The re-registration is carried out in two stages:
-
Changing the members;
-
Changing the director and making any other necessary updates (like addresses, economic activities, contact information, etc., except for the authorized capital).
On the first day, we submit the documents for the first stage, and the next day, we file the documents for the second stage. Within 24 hours, the changes are processed and reflected in the USR. From that moment, the company is fully yours, both on paper and in the registry. In a few days, you can obtain an extract from the register. If you're in a hurry and need confirmation urgently, we can get an extract directly from the USR for you.
If you can't personally attend the notary appointment to sign the documents, you can grant us a notarized power of attorney and send it to us through a convenient method. Based on the power of attorney, we'll take care of the re-registration process for the chosen company on your behalf. This way, you become the owner of the new company with VAT payer status in a shorter timeframe.
If you have any further questions, feel free to call us for the necessary legal consultation.
