Decisions to change the governing bodies are taken by the general meeting of participants and recorded in the minutes. The quorum provided for by the charter of the fund must vote for this, but, as a rule, this is at least ¾ of the votes of the participants. That is, if the fund has two participants, one of which is out of reach, that is, does not take part in the life of the fund, it will be impossible to make changes.

Every time the version of the charter changes, it is necessary to report this to the tax authority, because it is in the charter that there is a list of requirements related to granting the status of non-profitability. If the new version does not meet the requirements, the fund may be excluded from the register of non-profit organizations. Therefore, every time the version of the charter changes, copies of it must be submitted to the local State Tax Inspectorate, after which the tax authority re-includes the fund in the register of non-profit organizations.
